For UTC lodging and UTC accommodations, the Mayor’s Mansion Inn welcomes prospective students and their families, current students, parents and alumni to Chattanooga. Lodging near UTC makes your visits to campus fun and enjoyable. We invite you to make the Mansion your “home away from home” each time you visit. The Inn is located at 801 Vine Street on the southeast side of the campus, across from the Engineering, Math and Computer Science Building, and a 3 minute walk takes you to the center of the campus.

Wednesday - Thursday dates. Rates are based on double occupancy; however, there will be no additional charge for your student to stay with you on Wednesday night. A 3 course breakfast awaits you on Thursday morning before registration begins. You are welcome to leave your car at the Inn as the campus is across the street. On Thursday night, while your student is busy on campus, treat yourself to a quiet evening at the Mansion or explore Chattanooga’s many attractions and fine eateries. If you would like to continue your stay through the weekend, the same weekday rates will apply.
Fall Semester Move-In
Having family to help a student move into the dorm room or apartment, especially if this is the first year, is invaluable. Let the Mansion provide a place for you to relax and unwind after this experience. Rates are based on double occupancy, however, there will be no additional charge if your student wishes to stay overnight with you. Also, you are welcome to invite your student to have a complementary 3 course breakfast with you each day that you are our guest.
